"Let me hear you sing ‘Shine bright like a Lezyne’. Rihanna lyrics aside, a good pair of lights are essential for any cyclist, regardless of discipline and ability. The Lezyne Lite Drive 1000XL/Strip Drive Pro Light Set offer a great level of brightness, and beam patterns without being overly technical."
12.02.2019 - Review: Lezyne Lite Drive 1000XL - Road.cc
"The Lezyne Lite Drive 1000XL is a compact, high-powered front light which offers plenty of output options, a decent beam pattern and is very well made, plus it's probably one of the 'pounds-per-lumen' lights on the market...Overall, the Lite Drive 1000XL is a decent option for a rider who wants a powerful light for training with after dark without having to spend too much...I certainly can't fault its quality and beam for the money."
10.31.2019 - Best front and rear road bike lights for 2019/2020 (Lite Drive 1000XL) - Cycling Weekly
Value ‘seeing light’ for fast rides - Lezyne’s big lumen light range has come on in leaps and bounds in recent years. This model puts out 1000 lumens and weighs 153g. Battery life is up to 87 hours, though be aware that comes down to 1.5 hours on high power mode. A full charge takes 4 hours, and the aluminium unit is attached to the handlebars with an all-in-one mount and rubberised strap.
10.27.2019 - Lezyne Strip Drive Pro 300 (Review) - Road.CC
The Lezyne Strip Drive Pro 300 Rear offers a huge range of modes to cover any and every possible situation, day or night. Although some might consider some of the 11 modes to be redundant, there is no doubt that they are striking and the massive 300-lumen 'Day Flash 1' will ensure you are clearly visible to all road users in dense traffic, foggy or rainy weather, or simply from a distance on a long 'fast' road...When I first started testing this light, I was commuting both ways in daylight and I can honestly say that I will never daylight commute without a day-specific flash light again. The Day Flash modes on the Lezyne really make cars notice you and I've genuinely found that I experience wider passes than I do without it...All of these modes come with a 270-degree range of visibility. This really makes a difference on dark, meandering lanes, as well as in busy towns where you want to be seen from the sides as well as the rear...The Lezyne Strip Drive Pro 300 is a serious be-seen light.
10.27.2019 - The Lezyne Strip Drive Pro will maximise your safety... - Cyclingnews
Studies have shown that the use of permanently running lights reduces the occurrence of multiparty accidents involving cyclists significantly. For daytime riding, the Lezyne Strip Drive Pro has you covered with its 300-lumen daytime flash mode...It's important to be seen from any angle, too. While some bike lights will simply point their beam in a narrow field, the Lezyne Strip Drive Pro 300 is designed with a greater-than-270-degree field of vision which will significantly enhance visibility at junctions and roundabouts...
03.04.2021 - Lezyne Connect Smart 1000XL / KTV Pro Smart pair lights review - BikeRadar
"The front light’s beam quality is excellent; it has a good reach and the spread is even, with no obvious ‘stepping’ on the periphery. Blast mode is sufficiently bright for most everyday (or rather, everynight) riding, although you have the reassurance of Overdrive mode should you need it. A slim cut-out in the housing gives visibility from the side. The rear light has five modes, comprising Blast, three flashing and economy. Compact and lightweight, it provides plenty of visibility for its size, including from the side thanks to its curved profile."
03.04.2020 - Lezyne Connect Smart Pairs Front and Rear Lights for Mountain Biking at Night - Singletracks
"But if you do a lot of urban mountain biking that involves riding through town on your way to the trails, or if you also do a lot of gravel and road riding, the ability to switch modes on multiple lights with the click of one button is advantageous. This feature, paired with so many mode options and a solid, quality light at an affordable price makes the Lezyne Connect Smart series worth looking into for the rider who does a little bit of everything and needs lights that are as versatile as they are."
12.18.2019 - Bikerumor Editor’s Choice Awards 2019 - Zach’s Best Bike and Gear Picks
The Lezyne Smart Connect Lights make turning on and off both the front and rear lights as simple as pressing a single button. The button that’s up in front of you, so you aren’t reaching down between your legs trying to find the button of the light on your seatpost. Because of this, the lights are much easier to properly use, and battery life is extended. They’re also super bright, have modes that can be customized in the Lezyne Smart Connect App, and the KTV Pro Smart Pair that I’ve been using are small and easy to mount on most bikes. The KTV Pro is a good “to be seen” light, but if you want a “to see with” light, check out the Connect Smart Pair with the 1000XL, or buy the rear light separately and pair it with the Super Drive 1600 XXL or even Mega Drive 1800i.
12.10.2019 - Review: Lezyne Connect Smart 1000XL/KTV Pro Smart Lights - Road.cc
An app for your lights? That might sound like a chore, but it's not: Lezyne's Smart connect app is simple and very effective...The bottom line here is that the Smart Connect set takes two lights we've tested independently and reckon are very good, adds some genuinely useful and easy-to-use app functionality, and the uptick over the standard light set is only a tenner. It's money worth paying. This is the most usable connected light set I've tried: they're easy to set up how you like them, and using them could barely be simpler.
9.30.2019 - Five cool things coming soon (Macro Drive 1300XXL) - Road.CC
The latest version of Lezyne's popular Macro Drive comes in various lumen strengths, with this one packing a huge 1300 on full beam. The battery can last up to 148 hours on the lowest pulse setting, and the beam shape is optimised thanks to Lezyne's Tri-Focus Optics lens, which creates a brighter centre spot in a large wide-angle pattern. It's USB rechargeable, and the versatile strap means it can be stuck on and removed from your bars in seconds.

11.07.2019 - Lezyne Femto USB Drive Pair - Road.CC
Having used these on many a dull day, I can vouch for their ability to cut through the urban landscape. Comprising a 15-lumen front and 5-lumen rear, they were clearly noticeable from an impressive 200 metres away, with the fast flash setting proving impossible to miss, albeit not the easiest on the eyes...If you're a regular commuter or recreational rider and want a set of reliable lights to leave on your bike that maximise safety, these are a really good option.
